The Proud Poppy Ambassador Program is for customers and local creators who genuinely love Poppy & Vine, enjoy sharing their personal style, and want to help more people discover a boutique built around confidence, inclusivity, community, and a little bit of chaos.

Our ambassadors don’t have to be professional influencers. We’re looking for real people with personality, creativity, and an authentic connection to the Poppy’s brand.

What Is the Program?

Proud Poppy Ambassadors are selected for a 10-week term and receive exclusive perks in exchange for creating authentic content, sharing their favorite Poppy’s finds, and helping us grow our community online and locally.

Each term includes up to 10 ambassadors, allowing us to build genuine relationships with every person selected.

Selected ambassadors receive:

10% off purchases at Poppy & Vine
$20 in monthly store credit during the ambassador term
A personalized 10% referral code to share
Early access to new arrivals
First dibs on events, collaborations, launches, and other fun opportunities
Opportunities to be featured on Poppy & Vine’s social media and website
A chance to help shape future products, campaigns, and events

Store credit is issued through a reloadable Poppy & Vine gift card.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great Proud Poppy Ambassador if you:

Genuinely love shopping at Poppy & Vine
Enjoy creating photos, videos, outfit content, reviews, or lifestyle posts
Believe personal style should be fun and inclusive
Are comfortable tagging and talking about Poppy’s online
Want to support a local, woman-owned small business
Can communicate reliably and participate throughout the full term

A huge follower count is not required. Authenticity, creativity, consistency, and community connection matter more.

Ambassador Expectations

During the program, ambassadors are expected to:

Create and share authentic Poppy & Vine content once a week
Tag @shoppoppyvine
Use #ShopPoppyVine and #ProudPoppy
Share their personalized referral code
Active participation in the Poppy's VIP Facebook group
- sharing their public posts into the group
- commenting on content in the group
- especially generating participation on original Poppy's VIP posts
Participate in occasional launches, events, or content opportunities when available
Communicate with the Poppy’s team throughout the term
Represent the brand in a kind, inclusive, and respectful way

Instagram collaboration posts are encouraged when possible. Ambassadors may also create content for Facebook and TikTok.

Specific content prompts, deadlines, and opportunities will be shared with each selected group.

Creativity and personal style
Communication and reliability
Alignment with our inclusive, community-centered values
Willingness to create authentic content throughout the full term
